The Toy Bakery is an authorized retailer for all the products we carry. It is our promise to you that we will always make every effort possible to distribute toys from reputable companies who are certified for all safety requirements passed from the CSPC (Consumer Safety Product Commission) and the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials).

In the event of a recall, the manufacturer will notify us immediately to pull any item that may be a safety hazard or in the process of a recall. If such an event should occur, we will make every effort to attempt to notify any customers who may have purchased said products from us and provide them with instructions on how to contact the manufacturer for an exchange or return. In regards to our own products. We're currently in the process of starting our own brand name. These items are now carried in our store under "Mother Garden". Once the final details are completed, we will be a US brand name with these products under our name "The Toy Bakery". Although a new company, safety is our top priority. We've made every effort to keep in close contact with the CSPC and ASTM to ensure the safety of all products we are importing. All products are tested by an independent 3rd party lab and the results are given directly to the CSPC to evaluate the safety of our toys. No toys are sold until we receive written confirmation, certification and a release direct from the CSPC.
